Join us Memorial Day May 26, 2008 for the Second Annual American Heroes Event



        The Operation Ensuring Christmas Event started in 2006 at the Ball Park in Arlington with 200 participants running a simple 5K.  In 2007 we added a 10K, the Memorial Day Tribute for our American Heroes and had song writer Brace Reed perform his song dedicated to Operation Ensuring Christmas and to all the children who have lost a parent in the current war.

In 2008 we are continuing the tradition of the Memorial Day Tribute, the Steve Hill Trio Band, a new 10K course (do to all the construction around the ballpark area) Apache Helicopters will lead the race as well as the Marine Corps Hummers, a beer garden, and a Military Expo.  Again we will be in the South Parking lot of the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.

With the help of Vicky Field (Texas State Representative for the Severely Wounded) We are honored this year to have our wounded troops join us for the run.
